Life is usually filled with unexpected surprises that can either be good or bad. Whenever something wonderful happens people are always willing to send out thank you card notes. After a person has graduated from college or had a great birthday party they will send these writings out to everyone. At other times people are much obliged once a job interview or baby shower have gone well.
A male and female were both great at selling land and houses and each of them decided to try for a new job that was located in Manhattan. The interview for this position was very time consuming and it seemed like it took forever. The man was the first person to finish answering all of the questions which the interview panel had for him and he had to start writing an essay. This essay was used to test his knowledge about the ups and downs of this particular agency and all of its functions.
The female was asked to do the same thing once her verbal portion of this job interview was over. She did an excellent job on her written presentation and the supervisors were very impressed with her work. They were sure that this was the right person for this very high paying job position. It seemed as though this decision was set in stone at the end of the day. The manager of this company was going to send this very intelligent woman an acceptance letter once the week had ended.
No one on staff knew that the man who had interviewed for the position had mailed a special letter to the manager. The manager thought that it was very appropriate that this gentleman showed his appreciation for him and the company. Every worker at this company also agreed with their boss about the writing.
He and the staff had a complete change of heart and made the decision to hire this young man instead of the woman. This simple thought showed everyone that he had great people skills which were important.

It was quite fortunate that his uncle had the perfect job lined up for him once he finished school. His entire family decided to throw him the best graduation party that was ever known to mankind.
Every person within the neighborhood was close to this college graduate and they were very proud of him. He had stacks of presents on every table once the celebration had finished. He also knew that he would have to send letters of praise to each individual who had attended this grand party. Some of his family members were also included on his list.
