Although i get new questions about marketing my business with a binary payment plan daily the biggest question i always face is what is vemma . . .?
Now this question can provide a variety of different answers so I'm going to do my best to explain what this company is from my point of view.
Before we look at what it is we have to understand what it isn't. Vemma isn't a "pyramid scheme," "ponzi scheme" or scam. This is a negative connotation associated with all legal marketing companies and this company is very legal meaning it is endorsed by Michael Jordan, it is the official drink of The Phoenix suns, Charlotte Bobcats, 2 NHL teams, and recommended by Dr. OZ as the number 1 vitamin supplement for our generation.
So now I hope all the skepticism about the legality behind this company is out of your head lets begin with the review of the payment plan. The CEO pays it's distributors with a binary compensation plan. If you are unfamiliar with this kind of payment It is based on a 2 team building strategy. A new distributor enrolls one person on their left side and another on their right. This process then continues down a binary structure. The benefits of this system is to promote team building. You can't succeed unless you help your teammates succeed.
I fell that the binary compensation plan is an excellent way for vemma to pay its distributors. This method promotes and encourages team work and building leaders in your downline. Once you build leaders on either side they then build their own leaders on their left and right teams. The chink in the chain occurs when people in your downline don't recruit their 2 people. This issue can easily be resolved by finding quality people who are MOTIVATED to succeed!
When you begin your business you need to have some product marketing strategy. The classic way to recruit people into your vemma business is to write out a list of 100 names you know and begin what I like to call "telemarketing." I'm not bashing this strategy because it works for some people but I had my own experience with this that drove me in another direction.
I no longer use this method because i despise bugging every member in my family and pestering all my friends about vemma. This was showing me no success and over the course of 2 weeks i only sponsored 3 new members in my vemma business. I had to look for another way to sponsor new reps because obviously i was doing something wrong. I did A LOT and i mean A LOT of research about network marketing and one website i stumbled across changed my life forever and made me rethink the "classic" methods of network marketing. I am now able to sponsor 1-2 new members into my vemma business opportunity DAILY!
